The Helios NSR750F is a high-performance 750W battery charger and precision DC power supply available in 12Vdc, 24Vdc, or 48Vdc models. Designed for fixed industrial and infrastructure environments, it provides accurate, programmable DC output alongside advanced charging functionality, making it ideal for telecommunications, laboratory systems, industrial process control, rail signalling, and SCADA networks.
As part of the next-generation NSR Series, the NSR750F combines rugged design with precision regulation and intelligent battery management. Features include programmable charging algorithms, low-voltage disconnect (LVD), electronic circuit breaker (ECB) protection, and deep discharge protection—ensuring optimal battery performance and reliable system operation.
The NSR750F supports multiple battery chemistries, including sealed lead-acid (SLA), AGM, Gel, and Lithium-ion, while also functioning as a stable precision DC supply for sensitive equipment. Its 90–264Vac input range, high efficiency (up to 90%), and IP20-rated enclosure make it suitable for demanding installation conditions.
All models include RS-485 MODBUS RTU for monitoring and control, with optional Ethernet/SNMP providing web-based configuration, data logging, and remote diagnostics. Local LEDs and programmable alarm relays ensure clear system status feedback, while open communication standards enable easy integration with SCADA, PLC, and remote telemetry systems.
The NSR750F is offered with M8 stud terminals as standard, with Phoenix connectors also available for 24Vdc and 48Vdc models. Its versatile design makes it one of the most flexible and dependable DC charger/power supply solutions available for industrial applications.
