The Helios NSR750U is a high-efficiency 750W DC UPS and battery charger available in 12Vdc, 24Vdc, or 48Vdc models. Designed for mission-critical fixed installations that require uninterrupted DC power and intelligent battery management, the NSR750U ensures seamless no-break power transfer between mains and battery. This makes it an ideal choice for SCADA networks, telecommunications infrastructure, industrial control systems, security and surveillance equipment, and utility substations.
This next-generation industrial DC UPS builds on Helios’ proven SR-series reliability with advanced monitoring, protection, and flexible configuration. Key functions include programmable temperature-compensated charging, deep discharge protection, low-voltage disconnect (LVD), and electronic circuit breaker (ECB) protection—ensuring extended battery service life and maximum uptime for critical systems.
The NSR750U is compatible with a wide range of battery chemistries, including sealed lead-acid (SLA), AGM, Gel, and Lithium-ion, providing flexibility for both legacy systems and modern energy storage solutions.
Built for harsh environments, the NSR750U incorporates rugged construction, dual-fan cooling, and an IP20-rated chassis. The unit operates efficiently in ambient temperatures from –10°C to +50°C and supports a wide input range (90–264Vac), delivering up to 90% conversion efficiency for reduced heat and lower operating costs.
For monitoring and control, all NSR750U models include RS-485 MODBUS RTU. Optional Ethernet/SNMP versions add web-based configuration, data logging, and remote diagnostics. Local LEDs and programmable alarm relays provide additional system health information, while network protocols support seamless integration with SCADA, PLC, and remote telemetry systems.
M8 terminals are available on all models, with Phoenix connectors also available on 24Vdc and 48Vdc models. Combined with optional Ethernet/SNMP capability, the NSR750U can be adapted to a wide range of DC backup applications.
