Description
CBI6024A – 24Vdc 2.5A 60W DIN Rail DC-UPS with Ethernet
The CBI6024A is a compact 24Vdc 2.5A DC-UPS delivering 60W of continuous power for critical applications where space efficiency and reliability are essential. It integrates power supply, battery charger, and backup module into a single unit, guaranteeing load priority so that the load always receives power first, with the battery available to supplement during demand peaks.
Using Battery Care technology, the unit employs IUoU four-stage charging (Recovery, Bulk, Boost, Float/Trickle), with constant voltage and constant current modes for optimised battery life. Real-time diagnostics provide monitoring for battery sulfation, disconnection, and polarity errors, while protections include overload, short-circuit, and deep-discharge prevention.
The CBI6024A includes an integrated Ethernet port, supporting MODBUS TCP/IP, SNMPv3, and HTTPS. The embedded web server allows direct access via any standard browser, while ADELView software provides advanced system control and logging. AUX 1 is available for an optional RJTEMP sensor or DPY353 Display, while AUX 2 is dedicated to Ethernet communications. A 50 mA auxiliary output is also provided for signalling or accessories.
