CBI4810A – 48V 12.5A 600W DIN Rail DC-UPS with MODBUS RTU
The CBI4810A is a high-performance 48V 12.5A DC-UPS delivering up to 600W of continuous output power. It integrates power supply, battery charger, and backup module in one DIN rail-mounted device, ensuring uninterrupted operation for demanding industrial and automation applications. Load priority ensures the load is always supplied first, with the battery supplementing during peak demand, reducing the need to oversize the power system.
Equipped with Battery Care technology, the CBI4810A offers IUoU five-stage charging (Recovery, Bulk, Absorption, Boost, and Float), constant voltage and current support, and automatic battery diagnostics. This optimises charging performance, extends service life, and allows recovery of flat or sulfated batteries. Built-in alarms and relay outputs provide immediate notification of battery and system faults.
The unit supports Open Lead Acid, Sealed Lead Acid, Gel, Li-Ion, and Ni-Cd batteries. It features AUX 1 for the optional RJTEMP temperature sensor, while AUX 2 supports connection to the DPY351 Controller (HMI with Ethernet) and MODBUS RTU integration with SCADA systems. A dedicated connector is also provided for the RTCONN Start from Battery cable. The CBI4810A also supports parallel connection via AUX 2 using the RJCONN45 cable, making it highly flexible for system scaling.
