Description
CBI60048A – 48Vdc 12.5A 600W DIN Rail DC-UPS with Ethernet and MODBUS
The CBI60048A is a high-performance 48Vdc 12.5A DC-UPS delivering 600W of reliable backup power in a compact DIN rail-mounted form. It combines power supply, battery charger, and backup module in one device, ensuring uninterrupted operation with load priority, where power is directed to the load first and supplemented by the battery during peaks.
Featuring Battery Care technology, the CBI60048A provides IUoU five-stage charging (Recovery, Bulk, Absorption, Boost, Float), along with constant voltage and current support. Integrated diagnostics continuously monitor battery condition, detecting sulfated cells, reverse polarity, or deep discharge. Built-in protections cover overload, short-circuit, overheating, and overvoltage, enhancing system safety and extending battery life.
Its standout feature is the built-in Ethernet interface, supporting MODBUS TCP/IP, SNMPv3, and HTTPS, with an embedded web server for direct access via browser. ADELView software provides advanced monitoring, logging, and configuration functions. In addition, RS-485 MODBUS RTU is available on AUX 1, which also supports the RJTEMP temperature sensor, DPY351 Controller, and DPY353 Display. AUX 2 is reserved for Ethernet communications.
