ADC5483 – 24Vdc 10A DIN Rail Battery Charger (274W)
The ADC5483 is a high-power 24Vdc DIN rail battery charger, designed for critical industrial and backup power systems. With a 27.4Vdc float output and 10A continuous current, it delivers reliable and regulated charging for 24Vdc sealed lead-acid or VRLA batteries. The wide adjustable output range of 21–29Vdc provides flexibility for precise system matching and extended battery life.
Operating from a switchable 230/115Vac input, the ADC5483 is easy to integrate in global installations. Integrated protection features include a series output diode, output over-voltage protection (OVP), and a module fail alarm relay. Its DIN rail mountable enclosure and natural convection cooling ensure compact, fanless, and maintenance-free operation in industrial environments.
Additional functionality includes temperature compensated charging, which optimises battery health and longevity by adjusting charge voltage according to ambient temperature—essential in variable or extreme environments.
