CBI2420A-CC – 24V 25A 600W DIN Rail DC-UPS with Conformal Coating & MODBUS RTU
The CBI2420A-CC is the conformal-coated variant of the standard CBI2420A, designed for environments where moisture, dust, or chemical contaminants may be present. Conformal coating is a protective polymer film applied to the unit’s printed circuit boards, safeguarding against humidity, corrosion, and airborne pollutants without affecting performance. This makes the CBI2420A-CC particularly well-suited for harsh industrial environments while retaining the same electrical specifications as the base model.
It provides a reliable 24V 25A DC-UPS with up to 600W output, integrating power supply, battery charger, and backup module into a single DIN rail-mounted unit. Load priority ensures critical loads are supplied first, with the battery supplementing during demand peaks. With Battery Care technology, the unit delivers IUoU multi-stage charging, constant voltage and current operation, and advanced charging modes including Recovery, Bulk, Absorption, Boost, and Float. Automatic diagnostics and relay outputs provide real-time fault monitoring.
Battery compatibility includes Open Lead Acid, Sealed Lead Acid, Gel, Li-Ion, and Ni-Cd. AUX 1 supports the optional RJTEMP temperature sensor, while AUX 2 connects to the DPY351 Controller (HMI with Ethernet), enabling MODBUS RTU integration with SCADA systems. A dedicated connector is also provided for the RTCONN Start from Battery cable. With conformal coating for environmental protection, international approvals, and high efficiency, the CBI2420A-CC is ideal for automation, energy, and safety applications operating in challenging conditions.
