Description
CBI6012A – 12Vdc 4.5A 60W DIN Rail DC-UPS with Ethernet
The CBI6012A is a compact 12Vdc 4.5A DC-UPS providing 60W of secure backup power in a space-saving DIN rail or wall-mount enclosure. It integrates power supply, battery charger, and backup module into one unit, ensuring uninterrupted operation with load priority, so the load is always powered first, with the battery supplementing during peak demand.
Equipped with Battery Care technology, the CBI6012A supports IUoU four-stage charging (Recovery, Bulk, Boost, Trickle/Float), constant voltage and current operation, and real-time diagnostics to detect sulfated batteries, reverse polarity, and shorted cells. Built-in protections include short-circuit, overload, overheating, and deep-discharge prevention, ensuring long-term reliability.
The unit features integrated Ethernet communications with support for MODBUS TCP/IP, SNMPv3, and HTTPS, plus the ADELBus protocol for system integration. An embedded web server allows direct access via any browser, while ADELView software offers advanced monitoring and configuration. AUX 1 is available for the optional RJTEMP sensor or DPY353 Display, while AUX 2 is reserved for Ethernet. A small auxiliary output (22–28.8 Vdc / 50 mA) is also provided for signalling or accessories.
