Description
CBI60024A – 24Vdc 25A 600W DIN Rail DC-UPS with Ethernet and MODBUS
The CBI60024A is an advanced 24Vdc 25A DC-UPS delivering up to 600W of secure, continuous power for industrial, automation, and safety-critical systems. It integrates power supply, battery charger, and backup module in one compact DIN rail-mounted unit, ensuring load priority so that power is always directed to the load first, with the battery supplementing during peaks.
With Battery Care technology, the unit supports IUoU five-stage charging (Recovery, Bulk, Absorption, Boost, Float), constant voltage and constant current operation, and automatic diagnostics to identify sulfated or faulty batteries. Comprehensive protections include overload, reverse polarity, and deep discharge prevention, maximising system reliability.
A key feature of the CBI60024A is its integrated Ethernet connectivity, supporting MODBUS TCP/IP, SNMPv3, and HTTPS. The built-in web server allows direct monitoring and configuration via any web browser, while ADELView software provides advanced logging and control. In addition, RS-485 MODBUS RTU is available through AUX 1, enabling SCADA integration alongside support for the RJTEMP sensor, DPY351 Controller, and DPY353 Display. AUX 2 is reserved for Ethernet communications.
